Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com).
Experience: Preferably 6-9 years of working experience in Accounts & Taxation.
Terms of Service: Contractual 2-3 years.
Age Criteria: Below 40 years
Skill: GST, TDS, P.Tax, Reconciliations, TallyPrime, Advance Microsoft Excel etc.
Compensation: 4.80 Lacs CTC per annum approx and shall be commensurate with industry
standards.
Job Profile covers:
i) Recording & Checking of Voucher entries;
ii) Preparation of GSTR1 / GSTR3B/ GSTR9 and Maintenance of GST Input Register;
iii) Knowledge of TDS, P.Tax ;
iv) Reconciliation of Banks, Debtors, Creditors, etc;
v) Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable;
vi) Should have knowledge in Tally Prime, Advance Microsoft Excel;
vii) Co-coordinating with ROs for making database uniformity and informing the lapses/gaps in payment and income entries;
viii) Co-coordinating with Internal Auditors & Statutory Auditors;
ix) Assisting in preparation of Annual financial statement & MIS reports as asked for.

- Assisting IT Vendor in development of Importer Database System & MAI System as per requirement of DoC
- Coordinating with all project officials, trade bodies abroad, Embassy for preparation of more and more importer database with proper filters such as HS codes, Products, Panels, etc.
- Input details for preparation & publishing of Bi-monthly trade news under due guidance of Seniors in HO
- Preparation of statement of events, all participants (exhibitors and visitors as per requirement of MAI Scheme) and Uploading of details to various Online system as per requirement of DoC
