Foreign Trade (North East Asia) Division, Department of Commerce has done an analysis on the preferential export data received from Korea RP and Japan customs under India-Korea CEPA and India-Japan CEPA respectively.

Analysing the data, 10 tariff lines have been identified for Korea RP and 28 tariff lines for Japan where Capexil’s export to the respective country is greater than USD 1 million but the utilisation rate under the respective CEPA is less than 80%. The analysis is attached for reference.
